Those teams were Florida (2007), Kentucky (2012) and Louisville (2013). 2008 was the last time all four No. 1 seeds made the Final Four. Many see Oregon as the weakest of all the No. 1 seeds, Cal, a No. 4 seed, whipped Oregon when the teams played at Cal, winning by 20 points. Speaking of California, will Cuonzo Martin take the Golden Bears to the top? Martin is among seven head coaches of top four seeds that have never made it to a Final Four. If you're rooting for a No. 10 seed, no 10 seed has ever made a Final Four so I would make sure that doesn't bust your bracket. Oklahoma's Buddy Hield is the best scorer in the tournament, so keep an eye out for him as he tries to take the Sooners to the top. It's been a while since a team won with a scorer like Heild who averages 25 points per game. The last team was Georgia Tech who won the championship in 1990 led by Dennis Scott who averaged more than 25 points per game.
